OPENING HOURS

In order to increase the speed and flexibility of personal administration, reduce waiting times and make it more plannable, an appointment booking system has been introduced in the Academic Department. Personal administration will only be possible at the time specified in this appointment booking system.

Appointments can be booked in Neptun TR as follows:

The appointment booking process can be started in the Administration-Appointment menu.

By clicking on the new entry, you must select the case type or the case location. In the type, you can select what you would like to book an appointment for.

In the case location, you must select the Academic Department of the Károly Róbert Campus, and then set the language selector to Hungarian/English.

Then, from the displayed times, you must select when you would like to come in to deal with the case, and then press the save button at the bottom of the page to create the booked time.

 

General information:

The student will have to be aware of the unique identifier of the reservation, the last 6 digits of which (the part after the hyphen, e.g.: KROC TO2504230826-782750) will be displayed on the screen (on the TV set located at the entrance to the Study Department) when they are called in (it will also be included in the confirmation email).

You have the opportunity to log in 1 hour before the start of the appointment or to submit the given appointment.

The system will also send a reminder message about the reservation 30 minutes before the booked appointment.

Thursday:       09:00-12:00
